Tom is our Global Managing Partner, having been in practice as a solicitor for over fifteen years. He has considerable international experience across a range of sectors including buildings, roads, airports, and oil and gas.

Tom acts primarily for contractors and subcontractors, with an emphasis of international arbitration and dispute adjudication boards, and has recently led proceedings in a complex engineering dispute across two major sites in South Africa.
