Guidance Note (not forming part of policy)

Systech Group DEI Policy has regard to various international standards and laws. This policy is designed to accommodate the company’s global operations and so should be considered best practice but should always take into account local laws. Systech Group’s DEI Policy elements are designed to have cascading impacts to wider society by fostering diverse, equitable and inclusive company culture and initiatives, supporting everyday business operations. The responsible corporate officers are defined in the Systech Group Governance Policy.

DEI Policy

Purpose:
Our organisation is committed to creating a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered. This policy outlines our commitment to DEI and the steps we will take to ensure these principles are integrated into our workplace culture.

Scope:
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, volunteers, and stakeholders of Systech Group Limited and its subsidiaries.

Policy Statement:

1.    Diversity:

a)    We recognise and celebrate the diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and experiences of our employees.
b)    We are committed to recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse workforce that reflects the communities we serve.


2.    Equity:

a)    We strive to provide equal opportunities for all employees, ensuring fair treatment, access, and advancement in all aspects of employment.
b)    We will identify and eliminate barriers that may prevent the full participation of any group.


3.    Inclusion:

a)    We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all employees feel welcomed, respected, and supported.
b)    We encourage open dialogue and the sharing of diverse perspectives to foster innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Leadership 

a) Demonstrate commitment to DEI through actions, decision-making and business-planning.
b) Ensure DEI principles are integrated into organisational strategies and practices, from Board Level with key Stakeholders actively monitoring outcomes.


2. Human Resources:

a) Understand the Leadership strategy.
b) Develop and implement DEI training programs, including bias awareness.
c) Monitor and report on DEI metrics and progress to Board Level.


3. Employees:

a) Understand the HR offering: training programs and opportunities.
b) Participate in DEI training and initiatives.
c) Respect and value the diversity of colleagues and clients through conduct and behaviour that prevents bias.


Implementation:

1. Conduct regular DEI assessments to identify areas for improvement.
2. Establish DEI goals and track progress towards achieving them.
3. Promote DEI through internal and external communications.


Review and Monitoring:

1. This policy will be reviewed annually to ensure it remains relevant and effective.
2. Feedback from employees and stakeholders will be sought to continuously improve our DEI efforts.
