We are familiar with the procurement initiatives and methods of project control employed by defence ministries and, having worked from the concept stage of projects through to the final delivery, we have particular knowledge of the commercial and contractual administration of the supply chain.

Risk management is a key issue and we have experience of the processes involved and the associated decision making when considering risk transfer and sharing.

The bid process is critical and we have worked with contractors and consortia in the preparation of documentation through the various stages to bid award.

We have worked on major projects within property defence estates, including residential and dockyard schemes, on which our role extended into the implementation and ongoing operational phases. We have also worked on ship, aircraft, software and simulator training projects.
