Ricardo Delarue, our Senior Vice President in Brazil has been providing training on project control management to Consag Engenharia SA (subsidiary of Andrade Gutierrez S.A.), a Brazilian engineering company.

Ricardo covered a range of topics including scope management, change control, site records and the use of earned value management to perform cost and efficiency trend analysis. The training covers key aspects of the project delivery process, from bidding to contract management.
