Our role

We have an integral role in our one stop shop adjudication service, joining with claims specialists, forensic delay analysts and experts from Systech to guide referring and responding parties throughout the process, from the crystallisation of a dispute to the enforcement/defence of the award. We give opinions and advice on the merits of a case and support our clients with their strategic dispute management decisions and case management.
