Neil is a construction and projects solicitor, with over 30 years’ experience across a range of project sectors, including buildings, transport, infrastructure and energy. He acts for clients in the resolution of construction disputes and professional negligence claims, on a national and international scale, whether by way of litigation, arbitration, adjudication or any form of ADR.

He has significant experience in the various suites of construction contracts, with particular regard to all forms of FIDIC, IchemE, JCT, and NEC.
