Duncan is a Solicitor and Mediator with seven years’ experience performing legal, contractual and administrative duties in the Netherlands, US, Japan and United Kingdom where he has supported dispute settlement lawyers and commercial settlement teams.

Duncan began his career working in litigious matters and has since gone on to assist in the resolution of upstream and downstream disputes on mega-projects in the Middle East and USA. He is experienced in all phases of construction claims, from the formation of a claim through to settlement.
