David is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and an accomplished Commercial Director with over 28 years of industry experience, having worked extensively with tier 1 main contractors.
Throughout his career, David has been actively involved in every aspect of project management, from pre-tender business case development, estimating and commercial strategy, delivery and management of commercial outcomes, to project conclusion. He is a hands-on commercial leader with extensive expertise in claims management and dispute resolution, including the recovery of entitlements against professional teams and PI claims.
David is an experienced manager of commission teams with extensive client reporting and liaison skills.
David served as a board member of Constructing Excellence Midlands, an organization dedicated to enhancing business performance by promoting innovation and best practices in the construction industry.
