Arden completed her Training Contract with Systech Law in 2025 following two years as a paralegal here, and four further years providing legal assistance at other firms. She has worked with the in-house legal team of a multinational EPC contractor, advising on major international projects.

Her experience spans the water infrastructure, transport, and data centre sectors, with a focus on contract support and commercial advice the pre-tender and tender stages. Arden brings a practical, commercially minded approach to delivering legal and commercial support on infrastructure and construction projects.
