Shingo Ohno to speak at the 2025 ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day 

Shingo Ohno, our Japan based Senior Managing Consultant, will be speaking at the 2025 ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day on 21 April 2025.

The event is organised by the ICC International Court of Arbitration (ICC Court) and ICC Japan, and is being held at the Tokyo Imperial Hotel.

Shingo will be one of the panelists for the session Panel II: Navigating the Crossroads of Disputes in the Infrastructure Industry: Dispute Boards and Arbitration.

The panel will discuss the decision-making strategies for selecting a dispute resolution mechanism and how the mechanism can be effectively applied, including practical insights for projects in the Japanese infrastructure sector.
