New directors bolster Systech's claims, dispute resolution and expert service capabilities

We are delighted to announce the strengthening of our capabilities in claims, dispute resolution, and expert services by the appointments of Ken Sadler and Benjamin Stupple.

Ken Sadler joins us as a Director, Claims, bringing a wealth of experience as a claim’s practitioner and dispute resolution expert. Benjamin Stupple, our new Associate Director, Claims, comes with significant expertise in providing commercial advice, claims management, and dispute resolution. Both will primarily operate from the UK, but will also support projects in other regions.

We look forward to the valuable contributions Ken and Benjamin will make to our growing practice.
 
Ken Sadler is an experienced claims practitioner and dispute resolution specialist. He has prepared expert reports and given oral testimony in over 50 adjudications and arbitrations. As a recognized authority in time and quantum matters, Ken possesses an in-depth knowledge of JCT, NEC, FIDIC, and bespoke contracts. He offers strategic advice on claims and dispute resolution strategies and is an industry-recognized provider of technical training and seminars. Ken holds a BSc [Hons] in Quantity Surveying, a Postgraduate Certificate in Construction Law and Arbitration, and is a Member of the RICS, an Associate of the CIArb, and a Member of the CIOB.

Benjamin Stupple is a commercial advisory, claims, and dispute resolution professional with considerable experience across the UK, Middle East, Asia, and North America on infrastructure, residential, retail, and commercial projects. He has assisted named experts on multiple occasions in mediations, adjudications, and litigations and has extensively prepared and defended claims for contractors and clients. In addition, Benjamin also acts as an Adjudicator, appointed through various nominating bodies in resolving formal disputes. He holds an LLB, MScs in Quantity Surveying and Construction Law & Dispute Resolution, and is a Member of the RICS, a Fellow of the CIArb, and a non-practising barrister.
