Systech Law is delighted to announce that Arden Cho and William Garcia have completed their respective Periods of Recognised Training with us and are now able to apply for admission to the roll of Solicitors in England and Wales.
Arden is based in Manchester, UK and brings experience in handling non-contentious matters. She is currently working closely with an EPC contractor to provide legal and commercial support across tenders in the transport, infrastructure, and energy sectors. Her experience includes working closely with stakeholders, conducting contract review such as NDAs, MOUs, pre-bid agreements, sub-consultancy, and professional services agreements. Additionally, she provides support on client governance matters ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.
William is based in Toronto, Canada from where he supports the North American team on major projects within the mining, civil infrastructure and energy sectors. His experience encompasses legal advice on project contracts and tendering procedures, as well as assisting with contract administration and management. He has also supported clients with contractual claims as well as facilitating dispute resolution processes. William was previously in our Sydney and Melbourne offices in Australia where he focused on projects in the data centre, rail, infrastructure, and marine sectors.
