Oliver is our Director in Australia, and he is based in Melbourne. He is a UK-trained Chartered Quantity Surveyor who utilises his strong knowledge of construction methods, procurement models, contract conditions, and project administration to support government clients on major infrastructure programmes.
Oliver excels in identifying client needs and developing bespoke solutions, forming collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues. His commitment to professional development and excellence in project delivery is reflected in his role as a recognized operations and advisory partner.
His experience includes Cost Engineering Lead on major infrastructure projects in Australia and as a Commercial Manager in the UK for an international tier 1 contractor.
Oliver is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) and has an LLM/MSc in Construction Law and Arbitration and a BSc in Quantity Surveying.
